OVERVIEW
Viasat is a satellite internet provider in Carlsbad, CA, offering internet solutions to connect residential and businesses with reliable internet all over the globe. The streaming services project explores a fresh approach to our customer experience including the physical packaging and digtial experiences.
For Stream we wanted the visual branding to represent motion and direction, with the digital stream and waves of information in the clean negative space. The shapes and composition resemble a signal or beam traveling through the air from the satellite above, and conveying a sense of motion and delivery of digital packages to the customer.
The logo features a clean sans serif font with subtle rounded edges for a clean look, paired with a QR code for easy access to help documentation. It aims to be functional, welcoming, sturdy, and reliable, with a minimal style.
